LHH Recruitment Solutions Hiring for Regulatory Consultant – Payments at London Full Time

Working in this regulatory consultancy you will be supporting payments organisations with a number of projects
You could be:
o Reviewing and analysing client documentation to a competent standard whilst applying the relevant legal and regulatory frameworks
o Providing support for FCA authorisation applications across a range of types of payment service provider firms, including liaising directly with clients to assist with technical questions and provide support with the applications
o Writing sharp audit s with a reasonable level of support
o Answering technical questions from own experience and knowledge or
through informed research
o Where required, short term secondments with clients to perform payment

Ideally you will have experience of working in payments regulation .
