LHH are partnering with an award-winning digital agency who support their clients to attract the best talent in the UK. They offer a range of services around candidate attraction, employer branding and marketing and performance media to reach the right candidates.

In this new role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end activation and optimisation of the client’s paid media campaigns. ing to the Head of Performance Media, you will work in a vibrant team with fantastic training opportunities to develop your skills.

You will:

• Be responsible for end-to-end activation and optimisation of our paid media campaigns.
• Set-up, manage and optimise direct acquisition and brand awareness programmatic campaigns against a diverse range of KPI’s, ensuring performance targets are exceeded.
• Liaise with the Client Delivery teams to provide best-in-class brief responses and media plans.
• Handle daily campaign maintenance, including troubleshooting, regular optimisation and handling internal queries.
• Proactively contribute to team meetings, team initiatives and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain strong relationships with publishers and technology partners while recommending and evaluating new opportunities for clients.

What you need to succeed:

• Experience in activating and managing paid media campaigns within a digital agency or client side with at least 18-months experience.
• High attention to detail and follow through.
• Technical tracking expertise (e.g., setting up tracking, QA, troubleshooting, etc.).
• Some experience in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a collaborative and willing to contribute to our positive work culture.
• Passion for and interest in all media and data with strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Ifs, Sumi fs, Search, etc).
• Some experience in setting up Tableau dashboards and experience in using GTM and GA4 to track campaign performance.
• Strong time management & organisational skills. Ability to meet tight deadlines consistently.
