LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Absence & Welfare Officer to join a leading business based in Warwick. This is a fantastic opportunity with flexible working, excellent benefits and half working day on Fridays!

The role:
Main duties will include the following:
Absence management

Health Surveillance Coordination & Administration

Training & Coaching

Quality & Environmental Responsibilities

What we are looking for?

Two years’ experience of working in generalist HR

Employee relations experience, including note taking and formal document drafting

Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, case law and HR best practice

CIPD Level 3/5 qualified

Excellent written communication skills

Ability to take notes and minutes of meetings

Ability to communicate effectively and with diplomacy with all levels of employees

Excellent planning and organisation skills

Strong Microsoft office skills including outlook, word and excel

Ability to prioritise workload effectively with attention to detail

Ability to multitask and deal with a varying workload in type and volume of work

Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

Absence & Welfare Officer / ER Officer

Warwick – Hybrid 2 days a week in the office, 3 days at home. Early finish on a Friday!

Paying up to 30k DOE
