LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to join a growing company located in Kent, Wa.

This position works closely with executive leadership in delivering all facets of talent acquisition success throughout the organization.

What you’ll be doing :

Drive the end-to-end process of the recruiting lifecycle ensuring a great candidate and manager experience
Build successful relationships with executives and senior management and contribute to all aspects of human capital strategies
Lead, develop and execute talent acquisition related projects and initiatives throughout the year
Mentor, coach and manage a team of highly successful and motivated recruiters
Use a variety of standard and specialized recruiting strategies for passive and active recruitment
Maintain ing of metrics and data generation; problem solve complex issues where analysis of situations and data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

Qualifications needed :

A minimum of 8 years’ of talent acquisition or recruiting experience
A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a team
Significant full-cycle recruitment experience for specialized hiring needs
Proven ability to redefine talent acquisition practices, processes and technology
Ability to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and collaborative environment
Ability to build and maintain productive partnerships with business leaders
Strong change management skills, ability to influence, direct and communicate change
Knowledge of enterprise-wide HRIS and Applicant Tracking systems and proven experience working in a results measured environment
Well established recruitment network and utilizes the network effectively to meet required staffing metrics
Excellent communication skills and proven client service management
