Logistics Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company near Scottsdale. This organization is in need of a full time Logistics Specialist to join their team.

This job is fully in office, Monday-Friday either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. Starting pay is between $22 / hr-$24 / hr DOE

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate logistics operations to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor and track shipments, ensuring they reach their destinations on time.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to streamline processes.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
• Resolve logistics-related issues and discrepancies effectively.
• Comply with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma is required. Some college is preferred
• At least 2+ years of logistics experience in logistics
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience with Oracle or SAP is preferred
• Experience in scheduling and managing inbound and outbound shipments is a must
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
• High attention to detail.
