LHH Hiring for Logistics Coordinator at Parsippany, New Jersey Full Time

LHH Recruitment Solutions has a Logistics Coordinator job position with our client currently located in Parsippany, NJ. This role will entail the preparation of shipment documentation, tracking and tracing freight, and communicating with customers regarding the status of the product.

Our ideal candidate will obtain 2-3 years of experience within the industry, understand the life of a shipment, and be able to execute excellent communication internally and externally.

Contract to Hire- Hourly $23-$25 an hour / 55-60K when perm.

Responsibilities :

• Preparation of shipment documentation
• Contract pricing negotiations with carriers
• Track and Trace shipments
• Provide detailed updates to customers
• Communicate with ocean carriers, truckers, and customers
• Dispatch shipments for final deliveries

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience
• Knowledge of the shipment process
• Ability to work in a team and independently
