Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative in Richmond, CA. This position is onsite, full-time, direct hire. $30/HR – $35/HR.

Responsibilities

· Conduct order management communication and update customer order status when necessary.

· Perform daily maintenance of open orders, confirmed orders, and shipped orders.

· Provide information, or direct inquiry calls, for customers to the appropriate employee.

· Follow up on requests for shipping/delivery information.

Qualifications

· 5 years of experience in customer service role.

· Bilingual in English and Spanish.

· Proficient with MS Office Suite, AS 400.

· Excellent problem solving, leadership and customer service skills

· customer-oriented and problem-solver mindset

· Strong organizational and communication skills.
