We are looking for a Talent Partner to join our People and Culture team and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning interview and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events.
Your skills and experience
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Education and qualifications
- CIPD level 5 qualified or similar experience
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Professional mediation qualification or experience would also be desirable
Skills and knowledge
- Proven work experience as a Talent Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
- Hands on experience with full0cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Abilities
To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires.
