Description : Job Title : Specialist, Logistics Engineer Job Code : SAS20231511-108211 Job Location : Palm Bay, FL Job Description : As a member of the Engineering team, Logistics Engineer will support Integrated Product Support (IPS) activities for sustainment of fielded LRUs and new product development.

Essential Functions : Completion of Logistics Data Items such as Integrated Product Support (IPS) Plans, Provisioning Development Data, Supplementary Provisioning Technical Documentation (SPTD), Recommended Spares Parts List (RSPL), Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Commercial Maintenance Manuals (CMMs), etc.

Repair Level Analysis (depot, intermediate, and organizational). Provide advice and guidance on request for proposals (RFPs) relating to IPS.

Provide recommendations for spare / repair parts to ensure product supportability. General engineering support and data analysis for the Overhaul and Repair (O&R) Division.

Travel 25% time to customer sites as required. Provide input to Engineering on product changes as needed. Depot and Operations Center support liaison.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary / Associates Degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Preferred Additional Skills : Experience in RF Solutions product development and support.

Proficient in MS Office. Math modeling of electronics repair operation using confidence levels, repair turnaround time, manpower loading, etc.

Ability to understand indentured BOM structure of electrical products. Strong organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently with little supervision.

Good communication skills and experience presenting data and analysis. PHS&T knowledge to support sustainment.
