Our eye-glass boutique is looking for an optical Salesperson To provide quality personal service while satisfying the needs of LGI’s customers through the sale and dispensing of eyeglasses, non-prescription sunglasses, contact lenses and accessories;

1. Personally assist customers by giving prompt, courteous and professional service; assist customers in frame and lens selection, accurately complete all required paperwork and order customer spectacles.

2. Check on orders and verify accuracy of orders.

3. Handle customer questions and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

4. Assist co-workers as needed, including rendering assistance to employees in the dispensary, health & Technology Center.

5. Assist with registering & scheduling patients and claim submissions.

6. Maintain Inventory and order supplies.

7. Other duties, as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMNETS:

1. 3-5 years optical sales experience

2. Knowledge of eyeglass frames & Ophthalmic lenses

3. Excellent Customer Service

4. Excellent written and oral communication skills; computer literate.

5. Must be a team player.
