An exciting opportunity to work as a HR Business Partner in one of our busy clinical divisions is available on a fixed term/secondment basis. You will report directly into the Associate Director of Workforce and work alongside other HR Business Partners to develop business focused HR interventions in line with the Workforce Strategy and develop strong people capability in the Division. To succeed in the role, you will need to be MCIPD qualified with significant experience in human resources working with managers to deliver high quality HR services. You will need to be able to foster powerful and productive collaborative working relationships to deliver and meet your Divisions workforce needs by working with the wider specialist workforce teams, Chief People Officer and other senior managers/Execs across the Trust. You will also have the opportunity to lead on Trust wide projects to support delivery of the Workforce Strategy and other key Trust priorities.
