• Demonstrated experience using Bates labeling or equivalent document management software
• Experience organizing, indexing, sorting, labeling, and filing of documents
• Demonstrated experience with accurately processing and entering data into database systems; experience with FileSite is preferred
• Experience performing administrative responsibilities to include copying, scanning, corresponding with staff via email and by phone, responding to email, and assisting attorneys and legal staff with administrative needs
• Experience with performing document research
• Demonstrated experience with preparing motion and trial exhibit binders
• Some duties may require in-office presence

Education and Experience :

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• General office experience with good computer skills using MS Office products
• Prior law firm experience preferred
