Part-Time Administrative Support Assistant
Glendale, CA
Lewis Roca is a top ranked Am Law 200 commercial law firm and one of the largest in the Western United States. We are seeking a Part-Time Administrative Support Assistant to join our team!
Summary:
Edit, proof, finalize letters and other legal documents. Perform routine client communication following the Firm’s formatting instruction and policies.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 4pm to 9pm (remote position)

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support for attorneys
  • Prepare client correspondence and standard ing letters
  • Proof and filing receipts
  • Proof and notices of publication and notices of recordation
  • Record Assignments
  • E-file documents/emails
  • Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent. College level courses/degree helpful
  • Prior law firm experience preferred but not required
  • Strong technological skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Typing speed of 40 wpm
  • Good proofreading, editing, grammar, communication and organizational skills, as well as an ability to prioritize
  • Service mindset coupled with strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic required
  • Ability to absorb training quickly and efficiently. Learns from mistakes and doesn’t repeat them
  • Ability to maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships with co-workers, attorneys and supervisors; work as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues; and complete projects under tight deadlines even when there are competing requirements and changes in assignments
Pay rate: $20/hr
