The Levi Strauss & Co. Talent Acquisition team is made up of high-achievers who are passionate about talent. With recruiters placed throughout the US, Asia and Europe, our global team works hard to build relationships with external and internal talent. We partner with internal stakeholders to develop and meet talent strategies that are unique to each LS&Co. team. Working as part of the Talent Acquisition team in Europe, this recruiter will be an influential partner to hiring managers across our European business and support with hiring a wide variety of corporate roles.

Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

About the Job:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for our European hubs
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to develop sourcing strategies to attract a diverse talent pool
• Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance, expertise and teamwork to hire top talent
• Collaborate closely with human resources and business teams to identify opportunity for proactive recruitment strategy in response to business needs.
• Develop and drive a proactive and consultative search process by applying creative sourcing methods to find, attract, and deliver highly qualified passive candidates.
• Maintain a close pulse on market trends across industry to advise team on competitive opportunity.
• Elevate the candidate experience by adopting our “white glove” candidate experience.
• Consult with our DEI team to identify opportunities for pipelining underrepresented talent.

About You:

• 3+ years recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced, global organization.
• Preferred experience recruiting for Corporate roles in fashion or retail.
• Extensive proactive sourcing experience with a focus on attracting diverse talent
• Customer service obsessed. You’re known for being a problem solver.
• Passion for the apparel/fashion/lifestyle space
• Curious and interested in continuous improvement.
• Social & tech savvy with demonstrated proficiency in all MS Office applications.
• Experience working in applicant tracking systems. Workday is a plus.
• College degree preferred but not required.
• You can work remotely, although our preference is a candidate who can travel to the London office when needed.
