Jr. Digital Marketing/Project Manager
Level Five Solutions is a growing user experience and digital design company based in Overland Park, Kansas. We’re looking for a junior digital project manager to join our team. The Company: Level Five helps clients create outstanding digital experiences by understanding the actions, motivations, and behaviors of users. We design and build websites, intranets, applications, and more, all with a relentless focus on satisfying user needs and achieving business goals. The Position: As a client-facing digital project manager, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within budget, timeline, and scope. You’ll also monitor and present project updates to clients and project team members. As the main point of contact for both the client and the project team, the project manager plays a critical role in the success of any major engagement. To succeed, you need to be a problem-solver who thrives on being engaged at all levels of the project. You’ll need to keep track of the many details while never losing sight of the big picture. Analytical skills, quick-thinking, and problem-solving are a must. In the role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and prioritizing requests from multiple clients. Our Program Manager will provide oversight and training to help you adapt to Level Five’s processes to make it as smooth for you as the newcomer to our team.

Day-to day responsibilities include:

• Planning, coordinating and implementing digital design and user research projects.
• Clearly communicating deliverables, dates, and expectations to client and project teams.
• Ensuring projects operate within budget, timeline and scope.
• Presenting project updates to client, internal team members and program management.
• Working with Project Management team lead to ensure that we adhere to project marketing and management processes.
• Working closely with creative, strategy, and technology teams to deliver top-quality results.
• Maintain client satisfaction by balancing client needs with input from the internal team while respecting and valuing input from our own subject matter experts.
• Monitoring project risks and scope creep to handle potential issues before they arise.
• Being on the lookout for further business opportunities to help our clients meet their goals.

Requirements:

• Experience in managing multiple smaller scale digital projects simultaneously.
• 1+ years in project management and/or account management role.
• Agency experience a plus
• Familiarity with project planning and defect tracking software.
• Analytical thinking skills to identify financial success of projects.
• A high comfort level with speaking, writing, and presenting to audiences of all levels
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Certifications, such as PMP, CAMP and/or PMI-ACP, are welcome but not required
