We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist in Colorado to help identify and secure new Engineers and Architects.

Responsibilities

• Use expert ability to source, screen, recruit and present high quality, diverse talent to CEO for selection.
• Use Level Engineering’s Indeed candidate database and other sourcing tools to proactively connect with candidates and build relationships that convert passive candidates to hires.
• Develop and lead the execution of innovative and cost-effective recruiting plans
• Create Ads for openings on Indeed and other websites
• Source key openings on LinkedIn
• First Point of Contact on all Leads (resume review & phone screen)
• Build relationships with stakeholders to demonstrate the value of having a senior talent acquisition advisor and to better align talent to business needs.
• Advocate for and contribute to Level Engineering’s employer value proposition.
• Evaluates Recruiting metrics to identify trends, potential challenges, and indicators of success.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years’ of full life-cycle recruiting.
• Use of cloud/web based applicant tracking or automated recruitment modules, mobile applications and candidate relationship tools.
• Social and digital recruiting savvy.
• Excellent cold calling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on a national, multi-location level.
• Well-developed analytical, decision-making, negotiation, problem-solving and verbal/written communication skills.
• Self-assurance and sound judgment when working with managers and team members.
• Knowledge and experience in behavior-based and/or competency-based interviewing.

Job Type: Part Time/ Flexible Hours

Pay: $50,000 – $125,000 Salary and Commission
