Level D&I Solutions Hiring for Email Content Specialist Full Time

Job Description: The Email Content Specialist is responsible for ensuring flawless operational excellence, with a primary focus on flawless implementation and management of eCommerce content updates to eCommerce focused emails: balancing clean execution of creative plans with the ability to react quickly and make creative updates in real-time. This position requires partnership with the Traffic, Creative, Merch Ops, Ecomm Merchandising, Development, and Analytics teams to bring emails to life. Participation in process and tool improvements to maximize eCommerce operations efficiencies is essential to this role.

60% Email Authoring

• Prior experience of content management systems is required
• Build emails in AEM & Bluecore: Match email design by building, editing and sending email proofs
• Publish emails and work with email team on end to end testing
• Set up email test and seed lists with email/CRM teams in Adobe Campaign
• Verify all links are added appropriately
• Responsible for approving new banners, while giving visibility to cross functional teams for banner placement.

20% Production Work

• Ownership of all production work for email assets: Slice content into workable assets for email creation in AEM.
• Responsible for tracking and managing disclaimers and knowing the appropriate emails to include them in
• Assist in requesting copy and creative assets in JIRA tickets for Bluecore and AEM emails
• Preparation of all creative assets for email set-up, in collaboration with the email design team
• Set-up email test and seed lists with email/CRM teams

20% Other Duties

• Tracking the status of email projects in JIRA tickets
• Aligning with site websets to ensure legal disclaimers are consistent across all platforms
• Work with the email team on banner strategy, segmentation, organization and tracking of daily email sends.
• Updating the Email Segmentation Document with info of banners and audience segmentation logic

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Experience (years) in related field: 3 – 5
• Proven experience with content management systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to think creatively and conceptually

Critical Skills & Attributes

• Proficiency in the use of Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign and Bluecore
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects on tight deadlines
• Ability to work calmly and maintain high standards under pressure and in the face of time constraints
• Ability to approach projects with flexibility and resourcefulness/ working collaboratively with people at all levels within the organization
• Painstaking attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
• Knowledge of web and email standards related best practices

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour
