We are seeking a Manager, Operations Management to work at our space and sensors division.
POSITION SUMMARY
In this role you will be responsible for directing the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality standards, and cost objectives.
Additionally, you will work to prioritize production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.
As this role calls for department leadership and strategy, you will also make budgetary recommendations and at higher levels control capital expenditures impacting planning for direct / indirect labor.
You will also help drive engagement, and people development, throughout the organization.

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
