Level Ahead ABA is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team! Talent Acquisition Specialists identify staffing needs within a company, source candidates through a variety of channels, and conduct interviews .

Source applicants through a variety of channels. Assess candidate’s resumes and portfolios to determine whether they are suitable.

Build a strong pipeline of candidates. Coordinate and attend job fairs and other recruitment events. Skills and Qualifications : Prior Talent Acquisition experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in ABA.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to keep up with industry trends. Prior experience using LinkedIn to network and source candidates.
