The role will provide the opportunity to gain hands on experience on our platform helpdesk, develop your customer service skills all while developing your coding and software development skills.

We are looking for a service-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team. Someone who is eager to work in a fast paced, lively environment and can bring energy and enthusiasm to work every day.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates for this role will play a pivotal role within our product team, supporting a diverse range of needs.

Responsibilities will include:

• Understanding, troubleshooting, reproducing reported issues, and escalating priority issues appropriately within the team.
• Creating and refining test plans for team deliverables, which may include a wide range of online services, applications, features.
• Writing accurate and descriptive bug reports with clear reproduction steps.
• Triaging and reporting on client issues and working either on your own or across teams to provide a resolution.
• Identifying features and issues that require priority fixes.
• Contributing basic code fixes during development sprints.
• Assisting in the sign-off of features that are ready for release.
• Management of Zendesk, Bitbucket and internal super admin tools.
• Updating and maintaining support procedures to ensure robust processes are in place.

What we’re looking for:

• Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware and applications
• Keen interest in coding and an understanding of C# and MS SQL would be ideal
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to challenge resolution
• Proactive multitasker with ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment
• Team-orientated attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems
• Experience using Zendesk, Bitbucket, JIRA as well as CRM systems
• Customer facing experience with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders and users
• Tech savvy with the ability to use internal technical tools and fast learner of new systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
