Leon’s Hiring for EDI Operator/Administrator at Toronto, ON Full Time

Preferred Experience:
Excellent oral and written communications

3+ years of EDI experience, preferably in the Transportation Logistics. Supporting Retail and Supply Chain operations

Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and be flexible within a fast-paced environment

Project management and planning skills

Other duties as assigned. Comfortable working weekends and off hours on-call support.

Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications:
Job Responsibilities

Working with Merchandising team and the IT Systems team, onboards EDI Customers and Suppliers. Acts as single point of contact for EDI operations

Review and oversees daily EDI operations, report health and status of current production issues. Communicates production issues to alert the business of impact. Coordinates, and administers key process to EDI implementations.

Develops and maintains EDI process documentation, training materials and systems documentation.

Required Experience and Skills

Extensive knowledge and experience in implementing new EDI software for on-prem environment using ArcESB

Essential skills support ETL process and EDI operations

EDI standard formats for various operations in both (ANSI x12 and JSON format)

Transportation: 204, 214, 210, 990, 997

Purchasing and Shipping: 810, 850, 860, 855, 856

Knowledge Retail, or Warehouse EDI would be a bonus

Basic SQL knowledge would be a benefit

Good written language skills in English for process documentation

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
