Overview

This is an exciting new post for a Financial Controller, Head of Finance or Group Financial Accountant to join this specialist brand at a time of growth and investment. You will be chiefly tasked with full ownership for US reporting and Accounting, so all applicants should have solid understanding of US GAAP, SOX, reporting and compliance requirements. As the FC of this small team, a technically strong individual is required, in addition to Group Reporting you will be tasked with new change and transformation projects, full management and development of the finance function, ensuring it is aligned and fit for accelerated growth, with ultimate oversight for high quality compliance with all statutory and tax filings, and supporting the audit process(es).

Our client is undergoing an exciting period of change, and as such you will play a key part, working with internal and external stakeholders, contribute to developing strategic objectives and key operational transformations. We are seeking a strong financial controller / head of finance who is looking to join a scalable business with strong investment and growth projections.

Criteria

• ACA / ACCA / FCA / FCCA qualified is essential
• Substantial USGAAP, SOX and US Compliance experience is essential
• SEC experience desirable

• Experienced Financial Controller, Head of Finance, or Group Financial Accountant with strong achievements is essential
• A team player with confident communication skills, to join this growing division
