Lenox Corporation Hiring for International Sales Director at NAMER Full Time

The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading the team supporting the International channel. This role will play an integral part in driving world class account management initiatives partnering closely with our key retailers and collaborating with our Lenox cross-functional partners to meet our top and bottom line objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our current customer base and extends the company’s global presence through new foreign market entry. Create and execute an a growth strategy across all of our International accounts with a clear path to goal achievement for all Lenox brands inclusive of Lenox, Kate Spade, Reed & Barton, Hampton Forge, Oneida and Cambridge.
• Research and analyze market conditions in specific countries to determine potential for entry. Evaluate opportunities for new business ventures in target countries and markets.
• Must be a successful sales leader who can own their business. Ability to own the big picture but also be able to drill down and own the details as needed.
• Knowledge of and ability to communicate global industry trends and marketing dynamics with an understanding and ability to identify how Lenox fits within the competitive International landscape.
• Collaborate, cross-functionally, with internal creative, product and sourcing teams to ensure specific customer requirements are met by global region (to include regulatory labeling, trademark requirements, etc).
• Own International partner specific promotions and work with the internal digital team to develop the ideal infrastructure and format for deploying, measuring and ing KPIs and benchmarks.
• Drive the forecasting and management of marketing spend, sales and ROAS to achieve desired ROI and revenue goals.
• Oversee the management of orders to include tracking orders, communication of shipping problems and ad alerts. Other duties include tracking of shipments and retail sales, accruals, co-op claims, markdown claims, returns, credit issues, forecasting of shipments and new products.
• Manage and own the International P&L and related financial goals, from top line to bottom line (end to end accountability).
• Establish senior level relationship with our International retail partners, distributors and sales agents.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

• BA/BS Degree
• 10+ years of wholesale selling or retail buying experience Internationally, preferably in consumer goods
• Strong analytical and planning skills to gather and analyze large sets fo data both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with with both distributors and retail partners.
• Proven track record of delivering results and overcoming obstacles to get things done
• Excellent interpersonal skills to be able to build out and own effective partnerships both with our contracted sales agencies, distributors and retail customers, ideally in International markets. .
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and get things done in a fast paced environment
• Experience managing expense budget and account level P&Ls with the ability to analyze financials results for area of responsibility
• Ability to travel Internationally based on the needs of the business
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with internet/intranet applications
• Remote role, however, Canada is the preferred location
• This position is a remote role on the Lenox sales team
