Our team in Barangaroo are delighted to be recruiting Talent Acquisition Partners for our expanding internal recruitment team. The role of Talent Acquisition Partner is focussed on recruiting people with the capabilities Lendlease needs, now and in the future.
These new and exciting positions own the talent acquisition process and balances the importance of providing an exceptional candidate experience for all internal and external candidates, as well as managing the hiring manager’s business priorities. Leveraging data, market insights and advanced talent management software, to strategically source talent and deliver value and advice to internal stakeholder’s, whist proactively supporting hiring needs.
What the role will include
- Partner with business leaders to drive the regional Talent Acquisition strategy within the aligned market segment
- Develop long and short-term sourcing strategies that align to the business needs
- Provide valuable data-driven market insights to the business, developed through deep expertise in the aligned market segment
- Partner with the hiring manager to define ideal candidate profile, develop the hiring strategy, review shortlists, and make decisions on the successful candidates
- Create an exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process always ensuring a high level of engagement and candidate care
- Provide detailed interview feedback to candidates and build talent pools for future needs
- Conduct interviews as required (face to face/virtual) and present verbal offers to candidates and negotiate terms
- Develop brand and marketing campaigns to engage and inspire talent communities
Requirements for the role
- Extensive recruiting experience from either an inhouse TA role or Agency recruitment (Property and Construction would be advantageous) but not essential
- Experience in a recruitment environment that focuses on strong business partnering and high levels of customer service
- A strong stakeholder manager who likes to build long term relationships
- A strategic thinker who can think outside the box, solution for the business and solve problems
- Demonstrate experience of working in a complex environment with competing business priorities
- Comfort working with data, interpreting information to deliver value add for the business and using data to drive decisions
- Experience working with cloud-based software; ideally a sound understanding of Workday, CRM platforms
- Experience working through large scale transformation and demonstratable resilience while driving change adoption
- Experience working with a highly mobile workforce and drawing from internal talent pools and a wide range of strategic sourcing pathways to fulfil the hiring needs
