We are currently searching for a self-motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the national resourcing team to support activities across end-to-end recruitment whilst ensuring both the candidate and hiring manager experience is exceptional. This is a highly visible and varied role that will keep you engaged as you join the team in exciting stage of their digital journey.

This opportunity will you see partnering with People Operations to deliver on a range of coordination and administrative tasks including interview scheduling, document management & control, managing external third parties, support across invoicing and the preparation of documents such as talent analytics, reporting and presentations.

• Demonstrated experience working to tight deadlines whilst achieving targets
• Customer focused excellence, such as experience working in a customer-centric role
• Experience working in a digital environment, cloud-based software preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade through relationships and building rapport.
• Familiarity with Excel, Power Point, and Word.
