Lendlease Hiring for Finance Manager – API Funds Job at Sydney Full Time

Due to the rapid growth of the business, the Funds Finance team within Asset & Project Insights are seeking 2 Finance Managers . You will be responsible for delivering accounting and reporting activities to support the API Funds Lead and the Funds Finance business partners to meet their strategic objectives and reporting obligations.

This role will see you responsible for the delivery of financial accounting, tax reporting, analytical and administrative activities required for the Funds and Mandates to meet the requirements of all legislative and Investment Management Agreements/Fund Constitutions. This includes but is not limited to:

• Preparation of Fund associated regulatory reporting, including annual financial statements,

• Calculation of Fund CUVs, Fund quarterly distributions and management fees,

• Delivery of tax compliance obligations including annual returns, quarterly tax calculations and monthly BAS,

• Liaise and provide support to the Funds Managers, Funds Business Partners, API Funds Lead, Transactional Services and Owners in the provision of financial information as required,

• Contribute, where possible, to the successful execution of finance improvement initiatives across the Australia region Businesses

You will bring relevant tertiary qualifications and technical post tertiary qualifications which include CA or CPA qualifications with at least 8+ years’ experience in financial reporting, financial planning & analytics, or a related field.

Your strong stakeholder management and leadership skills will be supported by your ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment working both autonomously and as part of a team. Proficiency with Yardi Voyager and programs such as Alteryx or Power BI will be highly regarded.
