Lendlease Hiring for Finance Analyst – RL Development Job at Sydney Full Time

We are seeking a Finance Analyst to join the Retirement Living, Development team to be based in our Sydney or Melbourne Office on a permanent basis.

This role is responsible for supporting financial processes across Retirement Living, Development Projects. Specifically, the Finance Analyst works closely with the Development Team to ensure that financial outcomes of Lendlease developments are reported accurately and in a timely manner.

Reporting through to the General Manager, Finance, your key tasks in this role will include:

• Assist in the preparation of financial reporting and analysis at a project level including forecasts across all financial KPIs

• Support the compilation of project level financial results for monthly management reporting

• Budget and stock management

• Review and resolve reconciliations of TM1 to other finance systems

• Responsible for Oracle and other relevant finance system administration across a collection of development projects, including journal preparation and posting, bank reconciliations, receipting/invoice generation and billing events

You will bring at least 3 years of project accounting experience along with relevant tertiary qualifications and recently qualified or working towards your CA or CPA qualification. You must be able to demonstrate strong Excel and software system skills. Your excellent communication skills will be supported by your ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment working both autonomously and as part of a team. A property background will be advantageous.
