Job Description:

This position is a full time position that is responsible for assisting customers in obtaining tax credits. All with the goal of helping small businesses survive and thrive.

Lendio is engaged in helping businesses gain access to many different tax credit programs. As a part of the tax credit team you will specialize in one or more of these programs.

This will be done through the following methods:

• Outreach to Lendio leads that have expressed interest in obtaining capital for their businesses.

• Fielding inbound questions and inquiries.

• Gathering all necessary documentation & data for submission of a completed document package to a tax preparation partner.

Desired Attributes & Required Experience:

• Fast Learner
  (Learning the initial qualifiers of what it takes to earn the credit will be essential)

• Solid Work Ethic
  
  (an expectation of 100+ calls / day)

• 2+ Years Phone Sales Or Customer Service Experience (Preferred)

• Self Starter

• Ability to work well with a team to collaborate on how to break down success barriers and drive team success.
