Job Description

Our Home Loan Specialists are fully qualified mortgage brokers, backed by smart technology, a powerful brand, and expert support, which is seeing them achieve unprecedented growth.

As a Home Loan Specialist

• You will engage with customers virtually via phone, email and video chat
• New customer acquisition is powered by our Associates team who will pre-qualify customers and book them into appointments with you
• You’ll have the industry’s #1 online home loan platform at your fingertips, eliminating the hassle of paperwork. Customers can login to the platform to upload documents and check the status of their application at any time
• There’s no time wasted on unnecessary admin! Our Client Solutions team put time back in your day by packaging loan documents and managing applications through to settlement
• You can say goodbye to being on hold with banks! Our Client Solutions experts will proactively follow up with lenders and update customers on your behalf via the Lendi platform

Thanks to our pioneering platform and streamlined processes, our Home Loan Specialists are already some of the most productive brokers in the industry, averaging over 12 deals a month – 4 times the industry average… but this is just the beginning.

Our top performing Home Loan Specialists are averaging 30+ deals a month, and we have genuine aspirations of seeing our entire team lodging a deal a day!

Qualifications

If you have previous experience in a phone or branch-based banking or financial services role, then this is the opportunity to progress your career and unlock your earning potential. Our top performing Home Loan Specialists earn more than $200K per year!

To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Need

• Unrestricted Australian working rights
• A keen desire to build a successful career in the fintech/mortgage lending space
• A strong command of written and verbal English, with an articulate and professional phone manner
• Alignment with our vision of changing the way Australians experience property lending, for good
• A high level of drive, motivation and integrity, underpinned by a desire to help Australians achieve their home ownership dreams
• A Certificate IV or a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking. If you don’t have a Cert IV, we will guide you on how to obtain it
