Finance Analyst, Finance Business Partnering

The Finance team at Lendi Group comprises Financial Reporting, Financial Operations and Business Partnering professionals with a common mission to build the leading modern finance team. We go beyond spreadsheets and PowerPoint by leveraging best in class technology to deliver fact-based insights and decision support to influence business strategy.

What you will get to be part of

• Key member of the team supporting the Senior Manager to partner our Distribution and Marketing teams
• Responsible for analysis of monthly results including analytical commentary
• Contribute to modelling within Anaplan, building and maintaining models

• Contribute to annual Budget, periodic forecasts, and ad-hoc information requests
• Monitor business and cost trends, provide insightful financial and commercial insights to enable strategic and operational decisions
• Identify opportunities focused on process improvement, leveraging technology to improve reporting.
• Partner the financial reporting and operations team and contribute to overall financial control

Our ideal candidate profile

• Excel proficient, comfortable analysing large data sets and performing financial modelling
• Interest in using leading technology for planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Analytical, with a strong eye for detail and accuracy
• Self-starter with accountability and drive to identify and solve problems
• A collaborative working style to work with finance and business stakeholders
• Effective time management, ability to meet deadlines and operate under time pressure in a dynamic environment
• Commitment to deliver exceptional service to both internal and external customers

Experience that will help you succeed in the role

• Previous background in a similar analytical role
• Accounting degree with CPA or CA, minimum 1-2 years post qualified experience
• Advanced level of Excel modelling skills and Anaplan experience highly desirable
