Summary: This is an administrative position which requires working at a high degree of accuracy, and involves creating production documents, updating Job Orders and Bill of Materials.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist Production Control Coordinator in the following;

• Maintains Bill of Materials in ERP system.
• Writes Job Orders and maintains accuracy of open job orders.
• Closes Job Orders.
• Filing
• Keeps back up standards organized.
• Takes notes for the daily Production Meeting and properly disburses information.
• Provides Data Collection training and User Manuals for MH, Print, LAM & Finishing.
• All other duties as assigned and required

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

-Extensive knowledge of MS Office

– Understanding of ERP systems

Qualifications: Six to twelve months previous experience working in a manufacturing environment where attention to detail, quality, and teamwork were of importance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
