LEM Administrator Full Time

We are currently looking for an on-site LEM Administrator to join our team in Fort McMurray, AB.

What will you be doing?

• Reviewing and entering daily timesheets into the database and creating electronic LEMs (labor, equipment, material) daily, with significant focus on ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Reconciling of Daily Reports against timesheets and support documentation
• Entering LEMs into clients billing system in alignment with project expectations and standards
• Answering client questions regarding LEMs/billings, corresponding with the operations team for information and clarification when necessary
• Maintaining hardcopy and electronic filing
• Developing and distributing client and internal reports on a daily or weekly basis
• Providing support, as requested, to the Operations Team

We Think You Should Have

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a site-based environment.
• Strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to work within fast-paced, dynamic and changing priority environment
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Ability to handle high stress levels and tight deadlines while still maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Current certifications, or be willing to complete at own expense, for all mandatory safety training and meet qualifications required for site access including Drug and Alcohol Screening
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required, candidates must demonstrate strong excel skills to effectively perform the duties of this role.
• Candidates local to the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo/Fort McMurray are preferred
