We are currently seeking a HR Assistant to join our Talent team and help us do this.

• Exposure to all aspects of the employee lifecycle such as attraction, recruitment, onboarding, leaning and development, performance management, recognition and benefits, organisation development, equity, diversity and inclusion, retention and separation.

• Experience working with stakeholders at all levels of the firm.

What the role entails:

• Support our graduate recruitment campaigns, which includes liaising with Universities across Australia, contributing to marketing collateral, organising events and facilitating the interview process.
• Facilitate the onboarding / off-boarding and orientation of employees. This includes drafting employment contracts, conducting reference checks, coordinating orientations and managing the exit process.
• Assist with the performance management process and systems.
• Supporting the wider Talent team with general administration tasks.

You are perfect for this position if you:

• Are extremely organised. You don’t have to quite be at the level of Marie Kondo, but this is a broad role, so you will need to be across multiple projects and pieces of work at the same time. We are looking for a person who would call this an absolute strength of theirs.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment (and we mean fast). We think fast and work fast. You need to have an ability to learn on the fly and deliver results in short timeframes.
• You love delighting people, provide exceptional service and creating memorable employee experiences with high levels of professionalism.
