Description
We are looking for a self-motivated, organised and detail oriented person to join our friendly People Team, as an HR Assistant. The People Team supports our employees across our network of branches within Leightons Opticians and Hearing Care, as well as those employed nationally within The Hearing Care Partnership.
Your new role sits directly within the HR function, liaising with our Recruitment and Learning functions as required. You’ll ensure the effective running of HR through your first class administrative support and you’ll help our managers and employees with day to day HR policy and process queries, escalating more complex issues as required.
