Your New Role

We have a new opportunity as a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our fast paced and high performing team. As one of our Talent Acquisition Leads you will bring your innovative mindset to drive strategy into action to attract and source top talent into our growing business.

This is a varied role so in addition to operational recruitment, you will support the team by ensuring the best employee experience possible across pre-employment through to the first 6 months of the employee lifecycle.

You will also have the opportunity to support the our broader HR team across projects which aligns to our growth strategy.

A day in Life will see you:

• Utilise platforms to search, attract, and pipeline top talent
• Develop future talent pools by utilising workforce planning data
• Lead critical resource meetings and work with leaders to capture future needs
• Partner with Senior Leaders and Executives to develop TA strategy for your portfolio

About you and what you’ll bring

• You’re a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition professional who has led and resourced for high volume projects and ramp ups
• You are experienced in working directly with Executives to understand resourcing needs to develop and execute TA strategy
• You are excited by projects, both current and future, and being able to bring your experience and thoughts to them
• We are also seeking a networker who understands the market and can tap into their candidate network to find the talent we need.
• This is an ever changing environment, so a flexible approach and open mindedness is important. You love being busy and you thrive in high volume recruitment peaks
• We care most about the energy and enthusiasm you bring to your work, your team oriented approach and willingness to learn
