Leidos is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional looking to take the next step into corporate recruiting. We are seeking a candidate with the right aptitude and attitude to support our seasoned Talent Acquisition team while learning the skills to one day become a seasoned recruiter themselves. This role will perform many duties supporting our team to ensure the Intel Talent Acquisition team meets its hiring goals and provides an exceptional candidate experience. What you will do:

• Become the Intel TA Ambassador for building Intel Candidate Pool. Reach out routinely to our Alumni, Referrals, and other candidates to connect them to our positions and recruiters.
• Develop reports and metrics for all Intel TA Operations reporting.
• Serve as a key resource for hiring events and tracking metrics
• Open new requisitions and schedule interviews for the Talent Acquisition team
• Develop, influence, generate and execute volume and pivotal sourcing for passive and active candidates. Craft custom outreach and meaningful candidate engagement via suitable channels.
• Review and screen candidates that apply to Leidos positions
• Grow your understanding of Workday to be a support to other TA teammates to include new hires
• Help with data integrity and reporting from ATS in support of recruiting efforts.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 prior experience in project analysis, staffing or recruiting, additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with standing up staffing solutions for new and existing markets and future business activities.
• Proven track record of working in a fast-moving, complex, and deadline-oriented environment.
• Must be results oriented and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Exposure to an applicant tracking system
• Experienced with Excel and Microsoft Office Tools

Preferred:

• Experienced in building, cultivating, and sustaining networks of qualified, passive candidates and creating mechanisms to effectively manage a candidate pool.
• Experience working with Workday and TA sourcing tools

Pay Range:

Pay Range $52,650.00 – $81,000.00 – $109,350.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
