Your New Role

We have an opportunity to join the Centralised Processing (CP) program – a key Defence ICT program – as a Level 2 Systems Administrator, based in Canberra. This role will maintain the smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with other service providers, network administrators and Level 3 Specialist Teams.

Duties include:

• Troubleshooting Level 2 End User incidents
• Setting up administrator and service accounts
• Create and maintain support documentation
• Supporting Print services support
• Level 2 Microsoft Exchange support
• File restore support

• Strong problem solving skills;

• Ability to work independently with limited guidance;
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and to SLAs;

• A Customer Service Advocate – able to empathise and effectively communicate with end users and team members.

Additional Information

This role does require the successful applicant to be an Australian Citizen and hold a current NV-1 security clearance.
