The Public Health Division provides expertise in public health surveillance; information technology development, modernization and data governance; and public health mission operations and support to advance programs that protects the public’s health. We are currently recruiting for a number of Public Health technical projects that include cloud IT application assessment, design, development, re-architecture, enhancement, deployment and operations and maintenance that includes an agile DevSecOps approach.

We are looking for candidates to augment our approach to multi-functional, full stack agile software development teams qualified to provide the required capabilities to the CDC for enterprise-wide cloud modernization and migration, as needed.

The services to be provided will include all aspects of the software development process, including initial planning, design, software development and coding, prototyping, documentation, testing, and configuration. These software development projects will use agile development principles, with necessary documentation, human-centered design, and an extensible infrastructure. The development process will be collaborative and iterative, with open, regular, and frequent communication between CDC . Leidos and other partners.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $63,050.00 – $97,000.00 – $130,950.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
