As the lead nurse, 8A for International recruitment you will be responsible for ensuring the continued provision of high-quality educational and pastoral support programmes, including local on-boarding, OSCE preparation and transition programmes. You will manage a small IR team working closely with the Head of International Recruitment, HR and clinical operational and professional teams and support the development of a Lived Experience Framework for the Trust for IR developing opportunities for those with lived experience to work alongside the IR team in quality improvement and service design to improve the process of international recruitment for subsequent cohorts/recruits.

The successful applicant will work at system and organisation levels and ensure the continued progression of an integrated and proactive approach to learning, and networking with local NHS and non-NHS partners, & Regional IR Teams.

Key attributes necessary for this role will include:
experience of managing complex and multiple projects

ability to manage conflicting priorities

excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
