LEGOLAND Windsor Park Ltd Hiring for Finance Analyst Job at Windsor, South East England, England Full Time

• Oversee and deliver the Resort’s order to cash processes in the areas of invoicing, supporting the Cash Office with finance submissions and manual revenue journals;
• Act as key point of contact for the Resort teams, including but not limited to the Trade Team, Operations Team, Cash Office Team, and the Finance Hub;
• Be responsible for managing completion and submission of forms to NetSuite as well as running standard reports from NetSuite to support the O2C off system processes.

1. Ensure the Management Accounts, Balance Sheet and financial reports are complete, accurate and timely to record the Resort revenue streams

• Preparation and submission of manual daily revenue journals from the non-strategic revenue systems to ensure accuracy of revenue reporting both within NetSuite and the Resort Management Information Systems;
• Prepare and upload the non-strategic revenue systems TM1S import for flash reporting;
• Complete revenue reconciliation from the Form of Payment reports to the daily revenue journals;
• Oversee & support the off-system process for Cash Office, Call Centre and Form of Payment uploads;
• Identify and aid in resolving revenue queries, liaising with the Finance Hub, Senior Finance Business Partner/Finance Business Partner and sales teams as necessary;
• Initiate any further manual journals where appropriate and liaise with the Finance Hub to ensure timely posting;
• Regular checks of trade tax journal correction and tax adjustment posting to ensure VAT compliance;
• Undertake the HEX reconciliation and manual journal postings to ensure completeness and accuracy of billing and deferred revenue balances;
• Ensure 3rd parties e.g., Games, Photos are appropriately billed alongside ensuring correct revenue recognition.

2. Sale Order Support

• Act as a Change Champion to liaise with local trade and sales team to ensure new customer accounts are set up correctly within NetSuite, including create new customers in NetSuite, complete customer amendment forms and coordinate with Accesso teams for deactivated customers;
• Ensure correct customer supporting documentation is available and maintained for Finance Business Partners to review to safeguard Merlin’s commercial viability;
• Act as a Change Champion to aid and train business users on creating, amending & maintaining status of Sales Orders;
• Working with the Finance Hub / business to assist with customer disputes;
• Manage the local Off System Processes to issue supporting documents as required for vouchers and voucher codes, including rewards scheme eg BPme;
• Regular review of customer accounts within NetSuite including identifying and setting up parent or child accounts;
• Manage the voucher invoice upload tool & supporting processes. Activities include completion of the invoice upload in some instances as well as reviewing submissions and completion of the invoice upload within other attractions. The O2C Finance Analyst will also assist with error handling and troubleshooting as well as be a super user for Netsuite and where required provide training;
• Act as an O2C process expert including ensuring knowledge of upload tools is gained and training provided to the cash office and attraction users;
• Manage Order to Cash process and liaise with Operations team / Accesso Administrators to advise of change in credit policy or deactivate Accesso trade packages for trade customers where credit risk has been identified, ensuring that changes are made as required within Accesso.

3. Internal Control

• Support the business and (Senior) Finance Business Partners with the administration of quarterly ICQ & resolution of issues identified;
• Support Senior Finance Business Partner in preparation of Internal/External Audits for the relevant sites.

• At least 2-3 years accounting and/or related experience;
• Highly motivated with strong communication skills (both verbal and written);
• Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and multi task as necessary to meet deadlines;
• Great organisation skills and detail oriented a must;
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and guests;
• Team player willing to act in the interest of the team;
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to build partnerships with relent stakeholders;

– Must be proficient with computer systems – MS Excel a necessity & MS Word a plus.
