The Talent Organization is made up of Talent Development & Management, Learning, Leadership & Cultural Development, Executive Hiring, and Global Talent Acquisition.
Each area plays a unique and critical role in defining a core arm of the strategy that enables the LEGO Group to attract, retain, and develop talent at all levels and around the world.
The Global Talent Acquisition & Onboarding team is responsible for all Recruitment activity across the LEGO Group, at every level of the organization. This includes Talent Operations, as well as our Talent Acquisition Excellence team – focused on developing and shaping how we go to market to attract, source, identify, onboard and connect outstanding Talent to the LEGO Group’s organizational growth strategy. Our regional Talent Operations teams operate across the LEGO Group’s core Hubs in Northern Europe, EMEA, China, APAC, the Americas, and a specialist team dedicated to supporting our hiring efforts within our Digital & Technology function.
This position can reside in either our Billund, Denmark Headquarters or our London Hub.
