Core Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Programmes and interventions across the Talent function including Executive Development, Org. Development & Culture and Learning & Development.
• Coordination of ongoing interventions such as Executive Development Programmes as well as event management for one-off events linked to Talent initiatives such as Leadership Playground.
• Support of the management of our Wellbeing communities by creating the communication plan, drafting and posting information updates, coordinating activities taking place in different regions globally.
• Support learning and development projects to create learning resources, track progress, follow up on project actions and manage content on the online learning system within Workday.
• Day to day management of training requests and approvals of the UK Apprenticeship Levy.
• You will ensure the smooth execution of key initiatives by tight project management, managing schedule and budget, book and schedule both physical venues and digital platforms for the events, managing attendee lists, overlooking logistical matters, planning and drafting communications as well as collating post event materials.
• Specifically for the Executive Development programmes you will be responsible for managing the nomination process, for putting forward recommendations of nominees, ensuring that cohorts meet our extensive demands for diversity and inclusion. This will also include support for alumni activities.
• Managing companywide training budgets to track spend, provide insights on spend to key business units. Create and manage Purchase Orders as required.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination with internal colleagues and external vendors. This includes ensuring sponsors of programmes are available, booked and fully briefed.

Do you have what it takes?

• You are savvy with Microsoft Office packages, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and MS Teams.
• You have strong communication skills, are systematic and thorough – you are energized by helping others.
• You are curious by nature and not afraid of experimenting with new tools or ideas.
• Ideally have project, event and or program coordination experience.
• Experienced in coordinating and executing multiple projects in parallel.
• You are fluent in English (written and oral) with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Self-starter.
• Ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Extremely well organized.
• Resilience to say no and manage upwards.
• Ability to deal with and work well under pressure
