Legend Footwear Hiring for HR Manager/Recruiter Job at Greenford, England Full Time

We are an online branded footwear retailer in Greenford West London. We are looking for an HR manager to work within our HR department who looks after 45 employees. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for all HR procedures and ensuring that the company is compliant. These include training and induction. disciplinaries, grievances, absences, and training. and performance concerns. We employ over 45 staff, experience in a similar-sized company would be beneficial. This is a hands-on role for a very fast-paced company, so a can-do attitude is a must.

You also be responsible for staff recruitment and assisting a team of two recruiters in improving and building current teams within The company.

Main responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Ensure compliance with UK employment law.

• Provide comprehensive advice on employee matters.

• Work with all areas of the business, providing your support.

• Arrange recruitment adverts and undertake initial interview stages.

• Provide feedback to job applicants.

• Induct all new staff and continue to build and develop starter packs.

• Identify training needs.

• Assist with Payroll submission.

• Have in-depth knowledge of EU and UK employment law.

We also offer a yearly bonus which is based on the company’s net profit. This year’s bonus amount would equate to min of £5,000 to £7500
