Your role at a glance

What you’ll be doing

• Leading on EVP/ Employer Brand, sourcing and brand advocacy within TA by staying one step ahead of current TA trends, tools and technology to drive the capability of the hubs and ensure L&G optimises its reputation as an employer of choice. This includes an in depth understanding of the employee journey and the ability of the Employer Brand to influence each touchpoint and promote TCF principles
• Driving the TA media channels and content activity plans to ensure they are holistic and aligned with the resource plans and requirements as well as able to demonstrate ROI. Build and own reporting suite in conjunction with the Data analytics team to ensure we provide meaningful insight to stakeholders & support Wider TA team with driving the self serve agenda
• Building strategic partners & suppliers in conjunction with Hub Leads & Procurement to deliver on total workforce solutions that enable the business to deliver their strategy, looking at process synergies, cost saving opportunities and value add initiatives that support direct hiring strategies and that provide holistic solutions to the business
• Streamlining and Embedding hiring practices that support the Diversity and Inclusion agenda for TA, as well as driving initiatives across all pillars of difference, with a particular focus attracting candidates who bring difference to the organisation
• Support and embed processes and ways of working that underpin key Enterprise wide initiatives such as Fit for Growth and Future of Work
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives that upskill the TA teams’ operational efficiencies and effectiveness as well as maximising technology to ensure operations are efficient and maximised. To include ownership of harbour roadmap as well as accountability for embedding future Technologies
• Business partnering with Key stakeholders where appropriate and the TA Leadership Team and to gain a holistic understanding of organisational needs in order to meet the needs of the Strategic Workforce plans
• Manage, motivate & develop employees at all levels in a manner that is consistent with the companies policies and procedures including partnership agreement, to maximise the performance of the area

What we’re looking for

• Deep expertise in developing employer brand initiatives to support multiple and diverse lines of business, to successfully enhance a proactive, cost-efficient direct sourcing approach
• Experience of executing on strategic resourcing plans and strategies.
• Solid understanding of connecting TA, On-boarding and Employee Experience to positive business outcomes
• Champion of Diversity and Inclusion through Employer Brand initiatives
• Use of data, management information and analytics to inform routes to market and target relevant audiences
• Understanding of the external factors facing the TA landscape and how to keep ahead of them, including insight into the competition

• Able to actively forge effective partnerships with partners and teams
