Your role at a glance

What you’ll be doing

• Conduct system admin and user management as required and respond to queries relating to the applicant tracking system.
• Submit, track and plan for updates, enhancements and change requests of the applicant tracking system. Coordinate training sessions as required to support the roll-out of changes.
• Be the first point of contact for applicant tracking system troubleshooting and manage issues/cases to resolution. Monitor trends in issues and escalate support if required.
• Produce reports for TA related media channels, recruitment marketing and social networking sites to support the development of our employer brand. Supporting leadership team on data gathering for customer requirements such as board reports
• Track and monitor all employer brand and recruitment marketing initiatives and activities as a project plan to support the delivery of TA objectives.
• Support the Diversity and Inclusion agenda by producing regular reporting for the department. Ensure completion of commentary to allow for reports to be detailed and available on time. Input into the delivery of on boarding and induction, ensuring up to date content is available. Support on projects and initiatives such as budget management and support and embed change
• Support the roll-out of Talent Acquisition core programmes, including administration, planning and co-ordination of activities and communications.
• Create and update weekly TA operational vacancy reports for and share with stakeholders. Support with the preparation of data for other regular reports (monthly/quarterly).

What we’re looking for

• Experience working with a technology-based system or database.
• Previous experience within a co-ordination role within a Resourcing/Recruitment/HR focused team.
• Experience of following processes and procedures, and identifying and implementing improvements to enhance the experience of stakeholders

Skills/Leadership:

• Excellent analytical skills e.g. data interpretation
• Ability to evidence end to end responsibility for project tasks
• Ability to use the Microsoft Office suite – Word/Excel/PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to listen and engage with others.
