Your role at a glance

The role will be focussed on supporting businesses in their use of the Asanto platform through remote or in person training. The role includes creation and maintenance of supporting Asanto documentation.

What you’ll be doing

Duties & Responsibilities

• Delivery of training (either remote or in person) to new and existing users of the software.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and adapt training accordingly.
• Delivery of system demonstrations to potential new customers including capturing any new requirements for review with internal teams.
• Have an in-depth understanding of the Asanto functionality, features, best practice and the ability to articulate these to customers to help them maximise their use of the system.
• Working with customers and internal staff to identify potential new system or training requirements to improve our customer’s experience.
• Working with wider delivery team to understand scope of new releases and required supporting training or training materials in advance of User Acceptance Testing and transition into operational support (Live).
• Assist new customers throughout the project/onboarding phase and into operational support (Live).
• Assist internal staff and customers in problem diagnosis where required.

What we’re looking for

• Excellent communication skills – providing excellent verbal and written communication to both internal staff and external customers.
• Excellent presentation skills and demonstratable experience of training users on use of systems.
• Ability to pitch training and supporting documentation appropriately to the user and deliver this in a concise way which is understood by the recipient, allowing a range of users to become experts in their required areas of the system.
• Experience writing and maintaining clear and concise user documentation for software.
• Flexible and adaptable – capable of changing direction where required and showing flexibility to meet new demands.
• Ability to self-manage workload.
• Experience of software training/technical background preferred
• Solid people skills – an approachable and friendly individual.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel formulas (or equivalent).
