Responsibilities:

As our Acquisition Manager, you will play a crucial role in the expansion and success of our real estate ventures. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Outbound Calls: Proactively reaching out to potential clients through outbound calls and investors to introduce them to our exciting real estate investment opportunities.
• Appointment Setting: Scheduling and managing appointments with prospective clients and showcasing our properties to them
• Sales Enthusiast: Embracing the role of a sales person, you will be showcasing our properties to potential buyers and investors and effectively close deals.

Requirements:

To thrive in this exciting role, we require the following qualifications:

• Local Presence: Applicants must be based locally, knowledgeable of the local real estate market, along with an understanding of the community’s needs and preferences. You MUST be located in Indianapolis, Indiana
• Transportation: Possessing reliable transportation to attend property showings and meetings with potential clients.
• Sales Experience: While real estate sales experience is preferred, but not required. We welcome individuals with a passion for sales and a willingness to learn.
• Money Motivated: A strong drive and motivation to achieve sales targets, as this is a commission-based position. The more you sell, the more you earn!
