Summary:
Our company is currently experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our accounting and finance team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of the business and the financial outcomes of operational, sales, and administrative decisions. Upon this foundational understanding, the candidate will be responsible for using financial and operational insight to identify areas for additional focus and partner directly with Operations leaders and team members to address these areas. The successful candidate will drive communication with operations and other non-finance leaders concerning business trends, budget variances, and forecast projections.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Creating visibility and communicating relevant financial and operational trends
· Evaluate operational drivers and drive communication to establish action plans based on the data
· Own usage of the corporate performance management tool, business intelligence tool, the electronic medical records system, and the accounting software to optimize reporting and analysis capabilities
· Work with Controller, Senior Financial Analyst, and CFO to identify areas of focus and areas where increased reporting capabilities are required
· Assist in the review of monthly financials through variance analysis
· Gather explanations from Operations and other corporate departments to determine drivers of financial results and gather data to validate explanations

o Corporate performance management (CPM) software
· High proficiency with MS Office applications
· Passion for learning and personal development
· Bachelor’s Degree, finance or accounting concentration required
· CPA or MBA preferred
· Healthcare industry experience preferred
