Job Overview

We are searching for a highly creative and analytical Digital Marketing Manager for Hotel Bardo Savannah, a new luxury urban resort and membership club opening in February 2024. In this position, you will be responsible for all digital aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal will be to help grow our brands’ influence locally and nationally while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. Responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and optimizing our marketing campaigns across all digital channels. This position is based in Savannah, Georgia, and will to LEFT LANE’s Chief Brand Officer.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database, SEO/SEM, email, and display advertising campaigns
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets
• Prepare accurate s on our marketing campaign’s overall performance, and asses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed goals in the areas of revenue generation and market share performance
• Support direct booking strategies in the effort to identify best practices and opportunities for increasing new visitors and increasing conversion
• Collaborate closely with Director of Revenue Management to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
• Partner with Senior Manager, Brand + Lifestyle on all campaign and website creative
• Own our website environments, including regular content maintenance, identifying conversion points and optimizing user funnels
• Regularly audit hotel’s online presence to ensure proper imagery and content and all links work properly
• Audit and update group lead distribution channels to ensure they are updated and fully optimized
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects
• Identify new technologies and trends, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or relevant field
• Proven working experience in digital marketing, ideally in luxury hospitality
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• In-depth knowledge of website development and analytics platforms (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics)
• Experience with CRM database and email marketing technology (e.g. Revinate, Cendyn)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
• Proven leadership skills in supporting internal stakeholders to consistently attain departmental and organization effectiveness
• Reliable and responsible character with exceptional follow up and attention to detail
• Ability to work as an independent contributor and as part of a collaborative team
• Ability to multi-task and effectively manage numerous priorities within a fast-paced environment
