We are looking for an experienced front desk/manager to join our team. The candidate must be a positive team player, genuinely concerned about the well-being of clients and be proficient in problem-solving to enable smooth running of the spa and its operations.

This position entails the following (but not limited to):

– Greet and check-in/check-out customers for their appointments in the booking system

– handle phone calls and appointment bookings, suggest alternate day/time bookings as necessary and provide exceptional customer service

– pro-actively support company’s marketing efforts w.r.t social media marketing, giveaways etc.

– manage excellent relations with the therapists and service providers and reach out to them for checking schedules and/or making bookings as necessary

– keep a tab on retail products’ inventories, supplies, linen, laundry and place orders as required

– cleaning and organizing frequently so that the spa maintains its luxurious vibe and clean environment

The compensation is very competitive along with several other benefits such as commission on retail products, employee pricing on products and services etc.

Pay: CAD17 to CAD20 per hour – flexible based on experience.
